A: Each virtual visit will cost a flat fee of $49.00. That fee can be charged to a credit card or debit card. Virtual visits qualify for HSA reimbursement so you can submit claims to your HSA spending account.
Q: When can I access the practice virtually?
A: You can access care Monday through Friday 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Q: Do I need to make an appointment?
A: Yes. Please call the practice to make a virtual visit appointment.
Q: How do I get a prescription?
A: If medically necessary, a prescription will be sent to the pharmacy of your choice.
Q: Is virtual visit appropriate for emergency situations?
A: This service is designed to handle non-emergent medical problems. You should NOT use it if you are experiencing a medical emergency.
Q: Is my electronic health record kept private?
A: Health records are kept totally private just as if you were at your regular doctors office. At all times’ your information is kept private and safe.
Q: Can I use it for my family?
A: Yes. Most plan designs allow you to use the this service for you, your spouse and your dependents.
Q: When is a virtual visit available?
